Welcome To Monty's Old Brick Tavern in Williston Village. As Residents of Williston Since 1998 We Always Felt There Was A Real Need for A Local Restaurant Where You Could Come in A Get Great Food and Drinks in A Relaxing Atmosphere. in 2004 This Building Became Available and After an 18 Month Process of Approvals and Renovations We Opened the Old Brick Cafe As A Breakfast & Lunch Place. the Renovations Were Extensive But the Results Were Rewarded With A Historical Society Recognition As the Best Commercial Project of A Converted Historic Structure Into A Commercial Use. the Before and After Photos Can Be Seen At the End of This Page. This Is My Second Major Renovation of A Historic Building and It Was Really A Labor of Love To Take Something So Old and Adapt It To A Modern Use.
